Three‐phase service level agreements and trust management model for monitoring and managing the services by trusted cloud broker

Cloud computing is an environment where everything provided as a service based on demand. It follows pay per the used model in which consumer needs to for what they have consumed. Due increased dependence digitalization, number of consumers and providers tends grow tremendously. The who from provider not sure about specified outcome, it too hard them monitor manage service. Hence, trusted third party called cloud broker (TCB) introduced managing services. level agreements (SLA) management reputation estimation framework proposed, includes three phases such (i) SLA establishment between parties, (ii) violation detection by comparing observed value TCB (iii) penalty novel created deployed services, ensuring achievement SLA. observes values estimates each compared with log-based found that proposed provides more precise providers.
